The cornerstone of our BB’s Coffee & Muffins franchising concept is it’s comprehensive support network. We will provide you with the operational and management tools you will need to achieve and maintain maximum productivity and profits.

We consider training to be of paramount importance. As a new BB's Coffee & Muffins franchise partner, you will receive comprehensive and ongoing training, to ensure you and your team can deliver the highest quality products and services to your customers which will be fundamental to the success of your business.

The initial training course is a competency-based programme conducted at our BB’s Training Academy and in total you will be asked to complete a 5 week training programme before full operational approval is given to operate your store.

We will provide you with the support network from our preferred BB’s Coffee & Muffins shopfitting partners who will deliver the highest standards in terms of shopfit and finish. This will ensure that your own time can be focussed against completing your operational training and the recruitment and training of your new team.

We will also provide you with support in terms of the preparation for your store opening and guide you with your first orders from our approved supply chain network.

During your first week of trading we will also help you settle into your store and ensure that the skills acquired in training are successfully put into practice.

Essentially our franchise partners are provided with a turnkey operation and the security of belonging to a well-managed retail brand.
