VAT, stamp duty and other taxes are excluded from the above figures but will be payable where applicable. You will be required to provide a minimum of three months rental deposit.

We work with a number of debt funding providers who will be able to assist with funding, subject to referencing. Realistically you will require a minimum of £40,000 liquid capital.
