possess the following attributes in order to demonstrate your suitability:
local market knowledge
- appreciation of the dynamics of operating a successful foodservice

or a means to build such relationships
- knowledge of local property sourcing process and ideally access
to prime retail sites within shopping centres
access to capital
- experience in financing growing businesses, particularly within
retail or foodservice
- ability to fund expansion plans either with own capital or
with financing partners
